Tool or Addon?

I've been looking all over the place for a tool or addon that will help me gm, whether it's a full setup or just an item search tool. Yes, i have tried allakhazam or w/e for item searching, and im a wow noob, so i dont understand it, and its not helpful to me. I tried mangadmin, but that doesnt work at all.

im on mangos 2.0.10, if anyone can post a tool or addon, or at least tell me there's nothing for me, thanks.

MaNGOS has been setup to make server admin about as easy as possible.

after you do the lookup of an item you want, you can shift+click the link of the correct item to add it quicker.

If you don't know the name of the item you want, searching on allakhazam is really the way to go. If you're using an SDB (Silvers database), any item you see there has the exact item number from that site.

Do a search on Allakhazam, hover over the object and read the number at the end of the link that shows up at the bottom of your browser (If using firefox... I think IE works the same way tho).

For example. Search for Hammer. Lets mouse over "Viking Warhammer"

wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=1721&locale=enUS;source=live

^^ this is the link that shows up at the bottom of your browser.

witem=1721

^^ this is the important info from that link. Now go into WoW, type in .additem 1721 and go on happily with your life.
