ToolZ for Mangos

Heyo community,

i have 3 simple Questions for Mangos.

Is there a tool to create NPCS (Vendor NPCS)
Is there a tool to create weapons and mounts and other items?
How can i find out the model ID from a Netherdrake to create a mount.

maybe i know it, as far as i know:
1. no
2. you need a modelmaker then you can create your own, if you want to make items better just change them in you database
3. netherdrake is a skill, just click on yourself and do this: .learn 3363 thats of the netherdrake

To Point 3 , i dont want to learn it or something.
I want an item like a Zulian Tiger
But only he summons a Netherdrake instead of a Zulian Tiger. Is that possible? (And it should fly in the old world.) Btw im using this at the moment :

Mangos Database Handles is the software ... but it needs some updates ... so it won't work with tbc ..

1. Only a program I wrote and it doesn't create NPCs, it only allows you to spawn them easier.
2. Not that I know of, aside from Mangos Database Handler. (Which works fine for my TBC server ATM.)
3. To use a Netherdrake in the old world type .reload3 and then .reload2 40-40, as it summons it without a spell or such and is useable in regular world.
NOTE: Do note teleport while mounted on the netherdrake, you can crash your server! NOTE2: Type .reload4 to dismount
