Update methods

Hello,

I am using your ManGOS revision2717 & Scriptdev142 SDB Version: 0.5.3 rev268+. I want to update this mangos so here are my questions:

There are many ways of updating i see, which update method i should use for mangos.

1. there are full sdb updates (example: SDB 0.5.3_306 - 2762)
2. there are sdb uptades (example: SDB version 0.5.3 Update From revision 298+ To 303 ) _Compatible w/ Core revisions 2713 to 2743!
3. there are alot of revision updates (example)MaNGOS_2770 + ScriptDev_145)
4. there are changeset updates (example Changeset 304,305,306...)
5. there are also (core?) updates with a program TortoiseSVN?

Please tell me which update method i can use safely for mangos and also HOW i can update it?
