Useing UWC and all npc's are broken, help please.

When i right click on an NPC, i dont get anything, not dialog or a shop. I tried to add and item to my invetory, but i only get this envelope that saids "Welcome to World of Darkness"

Any ideas? useing client 1.11. and 3.01 UWC.

p.s. is there a command to change even more then jsut lvls? like mana/rage/power ect?
