I'm getting a new laptop for xmas which has good ram for WoW but it's Vista home premium.

My current laptop is XP but can't cope with the RAM, so I want to know if WoW runs on vista?

Yes it runs on Vista like a charm, just make sure the comp has like 2 gigs of ram and the comp is not to old in hardware. But i can see you are getting a new one, so it wont be any problem for you.

Yep i can comfirm this too. I'm running Vista currently and WoW runs perfectly. (Hint: Make sure your video card IS NOT manufactured by Intel unless its a 965 series.)

My pc specs are

CPU- AMD Sempron 1.8ghz
Graphics card- ATI Radeon saphire 9250
Memory- 1gig

and i had vista Ultimate running not to long ago with a WoW Server and WoW running perfectly on it all so....im sure your new laptop will run it

My comp can handle WoW at 500+MB of ram and my laptop does get laggy if i enter outland's..So just buy more of the ram parts and insert it into your comp.

I also have Vista, and it works most of the time, but has some random errors sometimes, or it is just mine. Lol. Though the overall Vista is a beech, a lot of things are still unsupported .-.
