WAMP - errors now...

I just transfered everything to a dedicated server, and now I am having problems with Wamp...

I installed it, changed the www folder and edited all the config files in it

i get an error saying:

"Could not execute menue item(Internal Error)
EXCEPTION: Could not preform service action
The service has not been started"

any ideas?
