war berserker blocking on mangos and some bugs

hi all,
i work on the last mangos 1.12.1, the installation work good.
all working good but i have some bug ingame, (i don't tried a lot of thing...)
1.with a war , when i change my stance, he get stock in berserker stance and cannot change.
2. with a travel in mount (griffon), he stosk inmoumt on the griffons after arrive to the destination.

And my last question..,where can i find a .doc with all commands admin and effect , and how it work .i search since yesterday in internet and i find nothing (and .help *** is fastidious)

Having problems with Warrior's switching stances also on Mangos. Wondering if there was any fix for it to date?

I also seem to have a problem in my database as some mobs come up not with their regular names but as "Unknown". Wondering if there was a fix for this as well.

Tried searching on these issues but nothing came up. Thanks in advance for any help.
