Warning sql can't connected to xxxxxxx

Hi.
Well im running MANGOS ~Platinum~ Rev.2865 Mangoscript + SDB CHSet 35 RePack by DXP and it's running away to just fine, but when I host it on this computer as local host "internal ip" it runs the emulator just fine.

The problem is, when I use local setting when the server is on another pc, we can login sort of, it keeps connecting to server, but not getting there "like realmloop issue".

Now I know how to fix the realmloop issue, as I've fixed it just fine for my older wowemu server setup. But if I edit the mangos files to change ip from local host to it's internal ip, the server will only boot up sql and website is saying at account creation screen "unable to connect to MySql server networkpc2 host is not allowed to connect to this mysql".

This is very weird, seen as the ip I just put in is the computers internal ip:/
Also it does the same when I use my blah.no-ip.org ip.

Normaly I can fix this stuff myself, but this is very weird, and I don't understand what the hell is going on lol.

What i've tried: editing all files that has realm ip information
Edited the realm database with phpadmin to read the ip
Tried using no-ip.org

I keep getting the mysql can't connect to host issue, and when I host it on local host, im having issues logining into server "loop".

Now I know that this repack of mangos was premade for running off the same pc as the client, but I've tried my best to get the other pc to host it, but no joy.

Im going to try and do a clean install of the repack on that pc and see how it works out, but if anyone has some idea, let me know please.

Well I got it working over the network+online.
And I did not have to edit Priv settings...

I had to change the host file on the machine that was hosting it to match up with the server adress.

When setting up, you need to tell the files #1 the ip where the server files are kept "aka the internal ip of the machine running the server"

#2 you only add the external ip or the dns to server address and not under file location.

Thats how I got mines to work, shame it took me so long to figure that out:/

The Server runs :drinks_no

Run PHPMySQLAdmin click on Main Menu on "Rights"

Then click on "ADD new User"

Set your Preferences (i experimented a little bit ;-) )

Username= <Name who Mangos used for Initializing>

Host= < YOUR IP>

Passwort= <Passwort what is used by Mangos>

Global Rights= <MARK ALL>

i hope your own Servers Run my Server runs but i have

....... just go to your mysql folder at me its navicat
and go to realmd
then to realmlist change the address to your localip
or if you want to let other ppl online from outside your home change it to your ip
