How can I create my own website for my own world of warcraft server ? I heared about navicat ..but i do not know how to use it . If it's not navicat what program could help me to create the site ? Thanks in anticipation

BTW : It's the final step for my server so after i will create my server i will invite everyone of you to join my server

I am using No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP but still... there is no way I can create the site ... If can anyone put the files here and tell me how to use them I will appreciate his effort
