Website connection issues >.<

Hey all,
ive got my server running fine, i got the website up
( Aznsnowman's WoW - Main Page for those of you who wanna check it out... THX ODED!!!)

im just having problems with the connection to mysql...
every time i try to create a test account, it comes up with a message:

Database: Host 'w1kweb2.web2corp.com' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

is this me or them? and if its me how do i fix it?

Which do you use, Navicat, or SQLYog?
