What is best place for raid server ?

Hello , I've played the private server called AniWoW and I really like their idea of pvp server . They made horde and alliance malls in some kind of snowy area and there is a pretty long way to the opposite malls so players group up and have fun atking others and gaining honor exp (that server is instant 70) . So could anyone suggest me any place like that ? (i mean big and good for making shopping malls) . Oh and also , how to create a custom portal to the malls ? :) would be nice if u would tell me . Btw i am using ascent
