[WoW] Custom Portals

One question about custom portals on WoW private servers. I have GM on a simi-popular server, not going to give the name unless asked but away from that:

Is there a 'easy' way to make custom portals to worldport locations, our server DB wiped from a bug and we need to remake, having one active admin which is not the server owner, and could you make custom portals, even temp. ingame if your not a admin and do not have direct access to the SQLyog or server files. Also if anyone has a good page or a explanation to making custom portals, it would be much appreicated.
