WoW Funserver w/ equalized classes

Are there any WoW Funservers out there that have equalized classes? Like buffed up mage spells and such?

OR, Is there a high rate server out there that is PvP based? Like east leveling to 60 or even insta-level to 60, and then you just work on getting the best pvp gear and such. The high rate server would have to have a decent community of.. 10-20+ online average. =3 Thanks for any responses aaannndd... I don't know if this was the right forum to post it in, but i looked!
