WoW Server GM Commands

Hey guys, ive setup my new wow server tonight, althought through all my searching i cannot work out why none of my gm commands work...

i have set the user to pelevel 6 and yet it still returns the error:

'There is no such command'

Is there other addon packages i need to download as i only downloaded the mango full server pack as per the guide.

As far as I know on default there are 3 "GM levels" the highest being 3 so if you are using MaNGOS set it to three and after that go ingame and type .commands it should supply you with a list of commands.

oops, sorry for posting in the wrong section.

i fixed one issue, but have foudn that some of the commands, as in .learnsk still dont work...

not sure where to go from here,

You need to use .learnsk with the corrosponding skill numbers from either Thottbot: World of Warcraft or Allakhazam.com: World of Warcraft

i realise this, say i try to learn swords, i enter .learnsk 164 (edit: for blacksmithing) and the error i get returned is no such command... this is what has got me so puzzled.

Ok this is simple fix cause more than likely you only have your account set to a normal player status. If your useing Mangos do this:
1. Start Mangosd.exe
2. Wait for it to fully load
3. When it beeps or when it stops loading info and says mangos> type "setgm (account name) 3"
4. Load your server as normal.

This should set your account up as a GM account and give you access to the commands. If your useing another EMU tell me and ill see if I know how to set the GM level.

i have done this, all the other commands work (dev lvl 6 commands too) just cant work out why the .learnsk one doesnt... its strange because all the others do seem to work as all the documentation says.

are there files i can edit to see if i can modify the .learnsk command??

Why don't you also look in the commands table...I think .learn is also a valid command.

from what i understand .learn is for spells, i have tried using it to train swords for example. still no luck.

seems really strange that the rest work a-ok...

.learnsk was removed in a certain revision of mangos.

Use .lookupspell and .learn

(Yeah, professions and skills come up.. with .lookupspell..)

is there a commando to send a ppl to any place i want..

i mean send a ppl to ironforge or stormwind or some instance????

.namego [name] will make them come to where you are, if thats and use.

i know that.... but i mean some command like .recall. that send the ppl to the previous position..... i ask if exist a command to send a ppl to a ramdon place

it was the one from the new setup guide on the forum from fitzy so i would have assumed it had the command, maybe i will download it again to make sure.

i have actually just found another issue too, none of the mobs are hostile to me and when i attack them they dont attack, any suggestions there?
