xampp for tbc website

ok im trying too make a tbc website soo im using xampp, ive done everything u need too do for xampp and when i type my no-ip in my adress bar it brings me to the xampp page so its like (my no-ip adress/xampp), and it says congratulations u have sucessfully installed this service on your system!...some one please tell me how too fix this

go into your xampp folder and search a folder called htdocs ther are files in the folder delete it and paste your homepage files in it^^
