Ok, a fellow noob will try to help
Starting from the beginning:
After ya downloaded Dev-ATeam Serv.(Ver.1.0.5).exe
You run it and let everything install,
Just sit back and let everything run, should take a minute or two maybe longer
It should stop at a DOS cmd screen and bring up an extractor program, for me it was WinRAR.
I had to run it a second time because i hit a button by accident XD
Just click Install again and let run
It'll extract all the maps files, etc (will take a few minutes)
give it a few seconds after the screen dissappears and press any key on the keyboard.
It should then open your Browser with a ReadMe showing
You can close that and click 'NEXT' and then 'FINISH'
Open My Computer and go to C:\Dev-ATeam
M@nG@S Server
Check to see if the folders 'dbc' and 'maps' are in the 'data' folder
If not place them in the 'data' folder
Then find 'Dev-ATeam
M@nG@S Server' in your start menu and click it
Click the 'Start SQL' Button let it run for a bit
2 DOS like windows will open up then a browser window should open
the other two will go away shortly after
Then Click 'Start Realm' Give it a few to start up
Then Click 'Start MangosDB' Give it a few until you hear a beep
Make sure NOT to close them just minimize them if you want
Now everything should be up and running for you.
If you have any errors during this process please post so one of the smart guys/gals can help
If when you hit 'Start SQL' and get errors that means there's a program running that is not allowing it to run.
The quickest way to track down which one I would suggest pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL
Then Click the 'Processes' tab
You could either write them all down and post them here or take a screenshot of them and post it here.
