They will just give you the ages old reply of "Just record video and send proof of cheater and we will deal with them". They haven't given up on the server and never will give up from the looks of it, however even retail Black Desert is still dealing with tons of cheater after changing the anti-cheat from XignCode to Easy-Anticheat, GameZ uses it's own anti-cheat called SmartGuard. There just will never be a perfect anti-cheat for the game and by it's nature and coding it will easily be abused and cheaters will always find new ways to cheat. Basically blame Pearl Abyss for developing such a piss poor game that can easily be exploited and cheated in.
