    Re: 8 GB Memory Card

I don't think you wanna have 8GB with that CPU. Hell, I don't think your CPU even supports 8GB nor DDR3.

If I am not mistaken than you have this CPU
    IntelĀ® CeleronĀ® D Processor 331 (256K Cache, 2.66 GHz, 533 MHz FSB)with SPEC Code(s)SL7TV, SL8H7, SL98V

So as far as I can tell, you need to save up for better cpu, then motherboard and memory. The worst part, you have to upgrade all of those as once.

Yeah, can you send me to this exact product? and i do believe you may need to upgrade your computer a 'lil to support 8gb, im not sure of your ddr you want, ddr3? ddr2?

New cpu, which no mother board (old) will support, so you'll need a new motherboard, then you can can buy the ram.

Windows XP can only read a max of 3.5gb of ram.
You only need to buy 4gb ram.

Can't find ram? Well either go to a online store or psychically go to a shop and buy some, duh.

He could use 64bit windows xp since his CPU supports it.
But again hell knows if his motherboard takes 4GB ram sticks.

All motherboards has a default of 2 ram slots(with the exception of some old old btx models).
