Adobe CS3 Doesn't Save Animations

Thanks for the advice Silthrim on the thread I posted before concerning my problem with Adobe CS3 + Extended. But now I got another problem. I made an animation and it consists of 4 frames. When I save it as .gif, I upload the image and it isn't animating at all. Instead, it was a saved image of one of the frames. What am I doing wrong?

File -> Save of Web & Devices then upload to tinypic.com or imageshack.us

I use Photobucket to upload the image.

then should pop up the saving for web thing :o
