I went though some pics and found that a 640mb 8800 gts had higher fps then a ATI HD 3750 XT.
I thought no way.
Are ATI loosing it?
But it reacon ATI are going wiv console grafix like the Nintendo wii tbh. Has any body else got anything about this?

secondly, you are comparing card performance from different performance brackets/tiers.

mid range HD 3750xt is the descision that made you think an entire company is doomed?

Try comparing the 3870XT to the 8800GTS 640 and they will be much closer but still the 3870XT is much cheaper.

If you really want to see what ATI does good is the sub $150 cards and the $400-450 cards. At those price brackets they are the best single card solution.
