Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. Burning Disc- Cache Data and ISO?

Be a kicker than cheater.

I am burning a files and the total size of those is 7GB.. I have the DVD+R DL (can write 8GB) to burn 7GB.

Are Cache Data and ISO file are just the same? Is ISO is the best and safest way of burning large amount of file?
