Probably the second one. Better battery life and watch videos and DVDs on ATI cards is much better.

Though I would suggest looking at Dell. They do pretty good laptops.

I prefer 2nd one, never go for the first one. :)

Also look at Dell / Packard Bell laptops, they're good too. Get Vista :D

Geforce is your best bet it's more stable and I notice ATI video cards usually burn out after 2-5 years. But may I suggest you should look into grabbing a dual core processor it can handle 2x the ammount of processing speed a pentium 4 or lower has to offer.

    1. Nvidia is more stable than Ati? Where did you pull that shit out of?
    2. I have never had an Ati card "burn out" and i have been using them exclusively until a few months ago.
    3. Erm? The Turion 64 X2 IS a dual core
    4. no it does not affect the speed, it affects how much load it can handle.

Since the 8800 GTS 512m has higher FPS then a 3870
    And a 8800 ultra is better then a 3870 x2
    Don't forget a 9800 is 2 8800's.

Don't believe me fine. I tested them my self.

And how does that make them more stable?
