    Ethernet Connection

Ok few days ago i plugged in my second computer using ethernet cable to my first computer and the first computer uses Wireless Adapter to connect to the router. And on the second computer i cant seem to portforward it just doesnt unblock. Is it even possible? or i have to be directly connected to router with an ethernet cable or a wireless adapter

If I'm not mistaken, the ports must be forwarded to your first computer then have the both computers allowing the ports through their firewalls.

This is called internet connection sharing. You're not connecting directly to your router so you can not assign ports to your second computer from your router. It can't detect what is not there.

ok done that in advanced settings.

Well i installed cybergate and made a test server and ran it on the pc that is using wireless adapter and i pop up on the list then i ran the server on the other pc and it popped up on the cybergate.

So then i installed and made cybergate server on the pc using ethernet cable did the same thing and nothing pops up on the cybergate list.
Went on canyouseeme.org and it failed..

    ------------------------------------------
    update
If i run cybergate on the first pc and the second pc and on the second pc i go to canyouseeme.org and try the port it says its opened and if i close cybergate on the first pc and leave it open on the second pc and then go to canyouseeme.org it will fail.

Why don't you just use the wireless adapter on the server and use the ethernet on the first computer?

Or just run a really long ethernet cable from the modem/router to the server. You'll get better speeds.
