there's a new version

this one can be id'd by:

1) the message screen is offset to the right
2) the background is blacked out, and what apparently is supposed to be system debug info printed along the left side of the screen
3) it looks up your IE cache dir and includes it in the message screen

haven't found any info on the web yet, but have run into it twice

looks like it may be transmitted by .jpg, even from google, bing, etc

and forget about SpyHunter, they want $30 (or $40) US to remove it

so far, the only way I've been able to get rid of it is to reinstall Windows

my suggestion: keep AVG running at all times (thepiratebay.se rocks)
