Is there any website out there that can i use to put my porfolio for my photography. and i am wondering if there is a free one. i really dont have any ONLINE Transaction method to buy one, i just want to show off on what i do on photography the most.

If you put it that way ... DeviantART is a portfolio too , and its free. It also has chat , events , tons of free stuff , ability to create your posters and sell it , etc etc.
If you can't buy any webhosting, get DeviantART. Free webhosting = unreliable, your hosting will be crap. DeviantART is dedicated to providing a portfolio.
i didn't put in that way as you mention sir, the thread owner need website to put his portfolio to show off. i give him the right site.

You could find someone who owns a dedicated server who is willing to host for you – they can give you FTP access and if they know what they are doing could point towards your domain for you...
As long as you have a website and the images it wouldn't really use up much of their space depending on their dedicated server. If you really want your own domain and have a website pre-built then I match the above description. If you have your own domain and website already then private message me and I'll sort you out a bit of space on my dedicated server.
