    Godaddy IIS VPS (installing apache?)

Soz I got a windows vps with IIS. I havnt used iis in so long and with the degree of difficulty in setting up my habbo site with my premade default website and source for the emulator I wanted to get back to apache. Has anyone setup apache on a windows iis vps before? I know I will need a new ip for apache to run my website from... but that's as far as I have researched.

Both Apache and IIS are web servers.

If you're going to use Apache, remove (or disable) IIS.

Remove IIS as a role from the server, or simply disable the service. This will free up port 80 to be used by Apache.

I recommend removing the role completely, you can always reinstall if necessary. That will avoid future complications.

If you need someone to assist with this, PM me for my Skype. I will gladly walk you through it.
