Being paranoid about a relationship will only cause problems but if its a MUST then the easiest way is to simply keylog your own machine and wait for her to use it.

If you look in the settings of the browser she uses you can usually find an option that will show you all the saved passwords that have been typed in on the browser. This will only work if she hasn't cleared the cache and cookies from the browser of course.
