nVidia GeForce 8600 GT
ATi Radeon HD3650
ATi Radeon HD2600XT

What should be the best option, I can spend like

I personally recommend 'nVidia GeForce 8600 GT'. But I think you should save up more money, to buy an Intel graphics card. They're good too.
