How to view ANY website at your school[ REAL WAY! ]

Hello guys, First post in months..

I just wanted to let you all know how to view Ragezone.com and all the other sites your heart desires from SCHOOL!

There are simply two ways of doing this, through the Command propt and through a proxy server.

Through the command propt:
most of the time, you school has blocked Run, so you can't get to the command prompt.. well there is always a loop hole.
Simply go to " my computer ",
then go to your hard drive (usually C:/)
Go to "windows" folder
then, "system32" folder (if it comes up with a message about being extremely dangerous to edit the files, hit View the content anyways.)
You should see CMD.exe or just Cmd.
NOW..
In the command prompt type "ping www.ragezone.com"
(if you want to view Ragezone)
Then you'll get something like this:
Reply from 208.116.34.18: bytes=32 time=24ms TTL=51
Once you've done that, open up Internet Explorer, and type in Http://208.116.34.18 , You get the "208.116.34.18" from the reply from CMD after you typed in ping www.ragezone.com
And there you go, www.ragezone.com ready to go!

Using a proxy server
This is the second way to view websites from your school, if you don't have you own proxy server, simply use someone else!

If you don't want to use any of these, simply google "proxy list"

now, to use a proxy server to view your websites at school, on internet explorer, Go to "tools".
Then go to "internet options".
Then, "connections".
Then go to "LAN settings".
You'll see a shaded out area under the blue title "proxy server"..
Check "use a proxy server for your LAN (these settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections)
Then you can enter the Address and port of the proxy server.

What is the address, what is the port?
in 209.190.232.73 :80

The address would be 209.190.232.73
and the port would be 80

Hit Ok, apply, then your done, you can view ANY site on the web.

Surely your school must suck with security. If your school was high end then they would block Command prompt (CMD). Another way to have access is just use a proxy or even better U86.exe google u86 and you will find a download.

1. school would block all bat files.
2. which school lets you gain access to the windows folder?
3. almost always internet options are disabled.
4. of your admins are any good, they add a whole list of proxy servers to the filter on a daily basis. You visit it today, its blocked the next day.
5. some good firewalls block keywords on the page. doesn't matter how you got there, if it has a certain word or phrase on the page, it will automatically be blocked.

The only schools I think wouldn't have so good of security would be the run down ghetto schools. As for me, my high school just happened to be the top technology school in my state so good luck to anyone trying to get around it's measures. Although we did have a few people (myself included) hack into teachers dropboxes, messed with em a while, and some other shit but we did get caught and thrown off the network for like 180 days I think it was. Good times.

Wow, where do you live? IT admin / techs here get paid more than the teachers do, it's their job to care. The system admin at my high school was paid more than the principal was :)

the 2 times I broke into the Server of our school cause our Techy is a complete moron I just changed his pw for fun xD, what he does though, is i will find proxys or a way around the filters and what not. so he goes to the district office and says someone hacked the server. He said we kids in the Autoshop downloaded 64 mb of video from watching STREAMING music videos. wtf? and yeah. are windows folders are not blocked nor is our CMD

You make me laugh... Most network admins make about $100k+ usd a year. Now are you saying that isn't enough? Especially when the average family brings in $40-50k usd a year...
