I will say the iPhone 6 because I don't know what a Galaxy 25 is....

I rlly hated the fact they changed the button to the side of the phone.. otherthan that i really like apple product qualite
The Galaxy S5 because has better specs and I love android. I hate iOS, only have an iPhone(use as an iPod) and an android tablet which is way better imo. I will never really own an iPhone as a phone.
iOS has a better ecosystem overall. Though it's very suitable for average consumers, whereas, there's more possibilities with Android, open source and various development chances in future.
Simple, nice lookings and friendly UI, go for iOS.
If you love to customize UI, develop, hacking or even further extreme stuff, pick Android.
I'll say no to Samsung. Fuck them.
