How do you make it with the downloads?
What downloads do I have to download?

Please, my friend is trying to make a radio.

Isn't shoutcast for Winamp free? But ofcourse you can't play any copywrited music without paying the license to play IT.

I meant a licence to play the music, not to run the station.
