Need a new GFX card

Well I'm in need of a new graphics card, I've got Geforce 8400 on my computer, and that just isn't cutting it...
I was looking into the XFX GeForce 8800 Ultra since it's within my price range of around 200$.
But that would mean I'd need a new power supply with it...since mine is only 400w. And 8800 Ultra requires a 550w power supply.

Either way, should I go on with that purchase, or are there any better recommendations for 200$?

I don't need a top of the line gfx card, just something I can play most moderately new games with.

Whoops sorry, wrong card. meant the XFX GeForce 8800 Ultra Video Card - 768MB DDR3, SLI Ready, PCI Express, (Dual Link) Dual DVI, HDTV.

He needs a card that will work for his 400w power supply.

That card is 450-MINIMUM.
