    Re: PayPal Safe?

    Yeh, 100% safe..

They take about 2 dollar or something, but you get them back when u verified the card.

NOTE! They only take those 2 dollars if you aprove.

But u can still use paypal without verifying your card.

    Hmm.

Tell your mom that its 100% secure.

If it wasnt secure, why would all the biggest private servers and even big non-gaming companies use paypal?

Paypal is secure, the only thing I don't like about it is that they charge a very small fee for Converting

Have been using it for years and never really encountered an issue with those people. So props for them, and they are safe as hell!

    Re: PayPal Safe?

It's safe and to be honest I prefer using PayPal over credit cards on sites.

I know that PayPal is secure so all I need to do is upload my card details and then I can choose what one to use and they will handle the transaction keeping it all on their side.

I don't like having my card info on multiple sites. Just not secure at all.

It would only end up taking cash if you let it, and you would have to spend to do that in the first place.

    Re: PayPal Safe?

PayPal is safe in terms of registering your credit card, and making transactions or whatever.

But you can still hack it using Phishing techniques.

    Re: PayPal Safe?

phishing isnt hacking and of yes phishing targets 5000000 of people to get 1000 out of that what chance is it that one of them is you ? well it will be a good chance since you cant tell hacking from phishing..

    Re: PayPal Safe?

All I said is that you can hack PayPal using Phishing teqniques - Don't ask me how, because I won't say.
I know wtf Phishing is, I can tell the difference, oh and, if you have Phishing filter turned on, the people who attempt to attack me, will have a suprise waiting for them.

    Re: PayPal Safe?

yeah paypal is safe like the paradise. i registered there 5 days ago because i want to add donations to my site.

I have a question. If i will not add my credit card yet can i recieve money from the donations in paypal?

i think i must add the credit card when i want to transfer the paypal money to my card.

I am not sure if i am right :) so if somebody knows better plz inform me.

also a good way to buy is by using prepaid cards.

You just need to upgrade to a premier account. I believe they do cap your withdraw/spending limit if you don't add a bank or credit card tho.

    Re: PayPal Safe?

Which is why I have my router protected 100% (to my knowledge), put passwords on all my files, and use *Norton Internet security.

    * I don't know why, but meh.
