Just because it doesn't say 64 in the name doesn't mean it isn't 64-bit. All PD's are 64-bit and so are the P4 600 series. Though the Pentiums are total garbage anyways.
But I'll work out a $2500 AMD setup.

Depends on when you are making it. At the moment go Intel. If you wait till next fall then AMD will be better.

AMD sux, you get this blue screen for ram every 10 mins. Intel Xeon FTW ^^
It's not the processors fault for the blue screens. The RAM is either running to fast, at the wrong settings, or is faulty. It has nothing to do with the CPU at all.
In fact AMD CPUs make the best use out of RAM. Their on chip memory controller allows them to have much higher bandwidth efficiency then Intel chips.
And for Xeons. I would go with an Opteron any day. The on chip memory controller give so much extra bandwidth useage then the Intel solution. Making heavy server work load much better on the Opteron then on the Xeon. Sure the Xeons are faster. But when you bog them down with tons of work they come up short do to limited bandwidth.
Gaming and desktop work is all to Intel. High end multimedia is also Intel. But when it comes to high end server work. AMD just wins out.
Also I'll probably update the guides some time next week.

I really need a PC Now as I got a Dell C521 with integrated 6150LE video card...cant upgrade video since this case is oddly shaped and no PSU will fit. If i modify the case it voids the warrenty. Was just gonna go out and buy decent pc with my severance pay.
