I have a question , about some compatibilities between a Power Supply and a Intel Server Motherboard.
Here's the question: Is the Following Power Supply compatible with Intel Server SE7320SP2 Motherboard ?

Problem The User Guide states that a
600W power supply is the minimum level
supported by the baseboard. This measurement is based on a fully loaded
SE7525GP2 server board with a 150W
PCI-E x16 graphics card populated. A
lesser configuration can be supported by a smaller power supply.
Implication There is no issue with using
a larger power supply with the system.
Status The User Guide is being updated to reflect that 600W is recommended for a
heavily loaded system, however the user should perform their own power
budgeting to determine the power supply size most appropriate for their
application and configuration

In all my years of building new systems from scratch.. I have always followed a basic rule of thumb. Take the minimum power requirements, and step up to the next size PSU. In this case, I would usually go from the base 600w, and move to a 750w. Specifically for a few reasons.
1) Less % load means more efficiency and a cooler running PSU; which in turn relates to a cooler temperature inside the case.
2) More headroom and future proof. Limiting the power draw because you don't want to spend ~10-15% more for the next up PSU means you may be forced to pay up on the next upgrade, which makes things more expensive.
3) The 750w PSU line has considerably more options then the 600 line for most companies. This is why many 750w aren't much more costly over the smaller 600w versions.
I would have there another question.
Is there a specific hard disk compatible with this system , or just any hard disk?
