Has anyone ever heard of ReactOS?


Is this a step forward in a true open source windows compatible operating system?

from what i've read on wikipedia, it'll be a great alternative to windows. good for those granny PCs that're only used for emails/web browsing/documenting/spreadsheet kinda stuff. also, would be great for that "one PC per child" thing, well, when i'ts done, of course, otherwise all the kids would be clueless as to what needs doing whenever something unexpected happens
