    Suggestion on building a desktop

Hello guys. I'm seeking opinions on the best build for my desktop.
First, this desktop is used for designing, particularly Adobe cs6 and domestic use.
Second, my budget is below 1.2kUSD

Please do suggest me the best build in terms of processor, ram, graphic card and other important parts (I'm a rookie in hardware computer stuff) and please also include the price o the suggested build.
Ps: this is for the editorial board of the school

    Thank you.

3rd link, PC specialist lets you customise the laptop. I'd suggest going for a 1080p screen because low res is my pet peeve, tablets are hitting 2k HD, laptops seem to be regressing lol. Processor is something you should prob think about upgrading as you cant do it easy aftersales. Its a shame you can't remove the HDD, I'm sure you could get one cheaper elsewhere/scavenged. Also note you don't get win7 with it, but I think ria might be able to get it cheap/free from uni? Otherwise it sounds like you can put 2 HDD in it as well as msata ones so upgrading the side is easy, same as ram tbh. Though you could wait for the next gen gfx cards to be released and see if you can pick something up cheap with everyone upgrading?

No need to buy an aftermarket cpu cooler..processor comes with one.

That PSU is overboard...buy a 500W one for half the price.

The money you save on those 2 things buy a SSD or upgrade to a better video card.
