    Trouble accessing QoS

So a couple of months ago I asked help to gain bandwidth for dota 2 and you suggested QoS. So I've accessed my router but (linksys) but the QoS tab is hidden/gone, when i inspect the page, the tab is actually there and its link is "QoS.asp", when i manually type the url the page is blank.

Any suggestion please? Thanks a lot this would be a huge help.

Cisco (Linksys is Belkin owned now but that's irrelevant unless you just bought it) is notorious for having multiple router logins. Normal user account is usually Cisco Cisco but there's an admin account also usually Admin & Admin. Are you logging in with the correct one? May need to be in as Admin to access QoS.

If you can't access Admin sometimes it's disabled with the default (custom ISP) firmware so you'll need to do a factory reset first to "unlock" the admin account.

And if you're already logged in with Admin and having this issue my suggestion would be to try a factory reset just to see if it unlocks the firmware (make sure you know all ISP details first to re-config router) but if that fails it would be an advanced feature which is available with other Linksys models using the same firmware but it's not included with yours. Easier for them to creae a firmware which caters for most models & then lock out features rather than having a basic firmware & add features for the higher-end.

Thanks for the info it helped a lot. I login with "admin:admin" and I'm not sure IT IS actually admin so I'll try to find the right account. Thanks again
