website not working help

hi so idk why but when i try to go to my website it doesnt work my ip is 24.17.122.116 and it says unable to connect or it takes to long to respond my wamp server is on iv even tried it with appserv and appache none work i fowarded port 80 on my router and it still wont work whats wrong i cant fiqure out

The IP address (24.17.122.116) is not working on my side too.
Strange problem, did you tried using localhost to connect to your server? (http://127.0.0.1).

yeah 127.0.0.1 works as well and localhost

Well, first you've to check if your port is really open:
Open Port Check Tool or test it with Utorrent.

Firewall off or configured?
Did you check which IP your PC is on and if it's the IP that you configure on the modem/router?

my isp is comcast and i dought they disabled my ip so idk why this isnt working it used to work but then i got my computer taken away for 1 month i came back and its not workin now!
