its alright but u shoulda used the eraser tool and rub out the sides of ironman so it blends it
There are lots of resources and tuts right. Why don't concentrate there.
and try not to use outerglow on ur render eh >.<
I'd suggest reading some beginner Photoshop tutorials, aswell as experimenting and getting used to the tools.
