Imo, id center the sig, add some clipping mask with splatter brushes.

Make the text about 11 size font and put it near her shoulder.

Lots of things, but it's kinda advanced :P

Also, you always want to keep the main detailed parts of your stock/render clean - no c4d/brush marks on it.

I'd suggest making clearing her face with that c4d, but it's okay for your 4th signature.

Yes, or you could just duplicate layer and smudge the bottom layer, but that's all up to you.
