4th one I guess, needs some improving though (specially the text).

All you did was lower the saturation and increase the contrast?? Well, the 4th is atleast not hurting the eye. The colors on the first and second are just irritating to the eye.

Keep it in mind that when you look at an image, one should like it or hate it. There shouldnt be any mid thought. Work by keeping that in mind and you'll do great.
