It deffinately needs a different/no text. But aswell, the BG is too busy, maybye blurr/smudge it a little and add in a few more filters or effects, then sharpen it up.

This is why i don't like messing with filters and stuff because i get results like this:

before you add a filter, always follow this procedure:

CTRL+ALF+SHIFT+E -this makes a new layer with everything that was visible before the buttons were pressed.))this does not get rid of the other layers...)

Then use your filter, and erase the unwanted parts.

(REMEMBER TO BROWSE THROUGH THE ENTIRE FILTER GALLERY BEFORE PICKING ONE)
