Flow is good, but the render looks low quality and it has an outer glow.
Never put layer styles on renders.

The beams disturb me and the render has poor quality.

Work on text and depth
i think i know what to do with the text. Will edit it in. Sec.
hehe wel I would just kill the text.... ;) and blur a little on the hair on the most right of the render... ;) and it wil be fine I think... looks pretty decent, probably your best atm... :D gj overall, kiu
Remove the text, then select the Render layer.
Do the following:
Layer->Matting(at the bottom)->Defringe at 1 px
Then Ctrl-J to duplicate, gaussian blur the new copy and put it to 25% opacity.
Then merge them. ^^
That should smoothen it. ^^
well i think v3 is better

So umm, took away the text.. i Did what you said about the hair, and did the merging stuff. Its darker now/
It looks better w/o text !
So, i guess the text really killed it huh. lol.
No text = wayyyyy better.
The render quality is much better now, than before and it looks a lot better without text. ;D
