most of the 1s on page 3 are my oldest page 1 the newest but some on page 2 are quiet new also :)
im probably better than most of those sigs now but aint done 1 in ages cause im doing 3d work atm :) i also have done quiet a few large scales but aint posting em cause its my sigs getting rated :)

ye you could good tutorials atention to detail and uniqueness is all you need to get good at doing sigs ive kinda stoped doing em cause im more into 3d :)

personaly i dont like that much brushing i see it kinda noobish unless it looks really unique
