Well, the background is very plain and also has nothing to do wit the render ;p

SO, you gotta whip out some brushes and brush away, or play with filters.
Another technique is smudging. Dupe the render and smudge from the inside to the outside, then set to screen or overlay. (f5 for brushing techs)

Text needs blending, just right click the layer and choose what ever tickles your fancy for now.
