    Angel Signature

This is a new signature I have made.. I find it really good.

Got new brushes, new fonts, and a new render. Thanks Rainwizzard for teaching me the lighting line effect ;)

The background and all is nice but the render is TERRIBLY blended and it's low quality..

That border is barely noticeable so I didn't see a difference for a while.

I know this may sound nooby.. But how do I blend the render in more?

    Thanks for the comments.

    Re: Angel Signature

Try combining it in with layers over it or put it under a few layers and be sure to blur it in some around the edges..

but with the render being of quality that low you may have some trouble..

    theres several ways.

1- You could Lower saturation on render to like 0 to make it colourless then add a color balance layer on top of it and the background and render would have same colour.

2- Use lasso tool to outline your render (doesn't need to be perfect) and put feather to 5 or 10px then go to Layer->Layer Mask-> Reveal Selection.

    easier:
3- Get an eraser with a 20-30px soft brush at about 60% opacity and roughly erase the edges of your render.

    Thats a Chao!

    Raising chao's owns....

You can easily improve the quality of the chao render by tracing over the black lines with the pen tool and stroking the path with a 2 pixel sized basic brush.

I found a picture of him, cut him out, and cleaned him up a little bit.

    Use it if you want.

To blend the render I usually duplicate it put the original over top, ctrl-T the one underneath, increase the size a bit, lower the opacity to 40-60% depending on the background colors, and set the blending mode to soft light.

Then I take the original and go over the edges very lightly with the smudge brush the strength being around 15%.
