dude, work on render blending and ur text you have red in your background, yet theres no red in the render.. try and match the background and render colours

Blue better, or should i just add red to the render in the 1st place?

blue one is better, text still isnt good, and try to blend the render in, try smudging, maybe erasing edges of render with a soft brush at around 50ish opacity
