better than your previous stuff 6.8/10 ;)
you just should change bg color to yellow, orange, red,......
or change render color (the colors dont match)
-
Main Idea
Imo u juss used too many colors... u should try with a monocrome layer... or somethin like that.. n it would be good :D

Too many colours for my taste.. Just try to match them together

Sorcerer Supreme
it didnt fix the problem
prob: bg WAS nice, BUT you need to change the color of the render rikku. try to blend her somehow or make her look green blue,....

put BG opacity back to 100%, move pixelstretch to top, lower its opacity + change blending mode (to overlay/softlight). make border smaller, put it around the WHOLE sig and not just around the BG.
blending:
Duplicate the render, put one ontop of the pixel stretch and one below, (make top one invisible for now) and select the bottom render, go image>adjustments>desaturate and your bottom render should go grey. then ctrl+click the bottom render layer (the one u just desaturated, there should now be "ants" moving along the outside of the render now) and give it a feather of 10-20px... click "create mask" (it should now be faded along the edges now) and then lower its opacity to about 65%.
note: if too much of it is faded, undo the feather and redo it with a smaller setting
now do exactly the same to the top render (after making it visible again and selecting that layer), except DO NOT desaturete it, and after creating the mask lower its opacity and fill to about 85%. Then go layer >new adjustment layer>color balance and select a color that makes the render close to the background color... if it is too bright, go filter>render>clouds to soften it, but then add a few more color balance layers (with clouds also).
and finally for the border (which i suspect you dont know how to do). make a new layer ONTOP of everything else, go ctrl+a, edt>stroke and put a 2px border in WHITE on "inside" setting. click ok, set that layer to overlay/softlight then make another layer, (the ctrl+a should still be in effect, dont deselect it yet) ang stroke it with 1px BLACK on "center". then you can deselect and it should look a lil better.
note: if you are gonna add text, make sure you put it UNDER the adjustment layers so it affects the text too... and white text might be the way to go.
