Needs better coloring, and the text should go. The render needs better blendinf to start
It seems kind of plain to me.
Well, more empty I guess. The [almost] entire left side has nothing eye catching.
And I still don't get what's with your text. It looks distorted, or is that just how it is?

You should try using a tut next time.
at least u got the color system right :P but ya blending the render and text and bg needs some work...
Render needs more blending, and text needs more work, and whole sig overall looks plain.
I would say, outline and render needs more work.
